If you order internationally and you choose the cheapest shipping method, you acknowledge that you are accepting the risk of this decision. ONLY orders placed with shipping methods that include tracking and insurance such as Tracked Packet or Expedited Parcel will be tracked and insured for their full value. We will investigate with Canada Post but if the parcel has left the country there is no longer anything that we can do. If you choose a shipping method for your order that does not include tracking or insurance, we are not responsible for international parcels that are lost by your countries postal service. International customers: Please choose a shipping method with tracking. 1:32 scale cars are smaller and more suited to home-sized race courses, but they are also widely raced on commercial tracks, in hobby shops or in clubs.
